The Southern Sons of Memphis are one of the greatest quartets nationwide, ministering in song through Gospel music for more than 30 years. Originally from Cordova, Tennessee and now operating in Memphis, The Southern Sons travel throughout the United States to share the Good News of the Gospel of JESUS CHRIST!
The Southern Sons are the owners of Some Records, Son of Memphis Publishing, and Southern Sons Printing. The quartet also coordinates and promotes the Southern Sons’ Annual Awards Banquet.
In addition to singing Gospel music, The Southern Sons of Memphis are committed to improving communities and lives by helping to reduce crime through their 501(c)3 non-profit organization, Southern Sons of Memphis Foundation. Their objective is a simple appeal to youth, “Lay down your weapons and pick up a musical instrument.” Offering a strong foundation, fun activities, and lessons in essential life skills, The Southern Sons of Memphis Foundation will inspire youth to pursue and participate in Gospel music, highlighting its long-term benefits both musically and spiritually.
